Bill Burnett's 1955 Ford Crown Victoria was restyled around 1955/1956.
Charles McDonald's 1955 Ford Thunderbird was restyled by Don Roberts of Bear's Custom Body Shop in Inglewood in the late 1950s or early 1960s.
Choc Hunt's 1955 Ford Thunderbird of Kitchener, Ontario, Canada, as it appeared in 1960.
Don Ellis' 1955 Ford Thunderbird of Portland, Oregon. Ellis was a member of the Ramblers of Portland car club, and the Thunderbird was restyled by several of the guys in the club. The build was started in 1958 and completed in 1959.
George Contaoi's 1955 Ford F-100 of San Bernardino, California, was restyled by Dick Richardson's Custom Shop and Barris Kustoms in 1956. Von Dutch striped it and made a mural on the tailgate along with Dean Jeffries.
Gil Ayala's 1955 Ford Thunderbird of East Los Angeles, California. Known as the Wild Bird, the car was restyled by Gil and Al Ayala at Gil's Auto Body Works. The first version was completed in 1956.
Gordy O'Hara's 1955 Ford Thunderbird of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Gordy purchased the Thunderbird from a local Ford dealership in 1957. At the time he was only 19 years old. Gordy spent the next 5 years hopping up and restyling the car. The build was completed in 1962.
Jerry Drake's 1955 Ford Fairlane of Lansing, Michigan was restyled by Ed Blaisdell of Blaisdell Body Shop. Jerry is a well known Michigan pinstriper that operated under the name "Spider the Crazy Painter." He bought the Ford, known as "India Ivory" in 1957, and it went through several modifications between 1957 and 1959.
Jerry Koller's 1955 Ford of Bellflower, California. Known as the "Doll Buggy," Jerry's Ford featured a scallop paint job by Larry Watson of Watson's House of Style. The car was painted around 1958-59.
Joe Castro's 1955 Ford Thunderbird of Hayward, California. Known as "The CandyBird," Castro's Thunderbird was restyled by Joe Bailon at Bailon's Custom Shop in 1957.
Larry Quatrone's 1955 Ford Crown Victoria as it appeared after Larry Watson had painted it candy gold and lime in 1960.
Lee Bailey's 1955 Ford Convertible of Battle Creek, Michigan. Lee was a member of the Automotive Engineers of Battle Creek. The Ford was his first car. His dad bought it for him in 1960, and he helped him restyle it the same year.
Russ Meacham's 1955 Ford Thunderbird, of Vernon, Connecticut, as it appeared in 1960
Sal Consiglio's 1955 Ford of New York City, New York. Sal lived in the Richmond Hill neighbourhood. He was a member of the 1320 Crusaders car club, and his Ford was restyled in 1962. The build was sold before it was completed.
Sy Gregorich's 1955 Ford Crown Victoria - The Victorian of Detroit, Michigan was restyled by the Alexander Brothers, and was first completed in 1959.
Øistein Bondeson's 1955 Ford Fairlane of Oppegård, Norway. The front on Øistein's Ford was modified to accept a tube grille in 1969.
Russ Meeks' 1955 Ford of Portland, Oregon. The build was completed in January of 2018 and it made its first public appearance at the 2018 Grand National Roadster Show.
