For Sale: Bill Carr's 1955 Chevrolet - The Aztec Your chance to own an important piece of custom history. Barry Mazza, who has been the caretaker of what many consider as one of the greatest Barris Kustoms of em all, has decided to part with the iconic custom. For Sale: Tom Renzulli's 1940 Mercury Convertible 1940 Mercury convertible built from the remains of Johnny Zaro's iconic 1940 Mercury, an early Barris Kustom completed in 1948. For Sale: Frank De Rosa's 1951 Mercury - Mercury 4 1951 Mercury owned and restyled by Frank De Rosa at De Rosa Custom Body and Fender. The build was started in 1978, and it was Frank's first custom in 25 years. In March of 2020, the car was advertised for sale on eBay. Listed without a reserve, the car was located in Reno, Nevada.
Bob Zelahowski's 1932 Ford - The Green Meanie 1932 Ford Tudor originally owned and built by Bob Zelahowski of New Jersey. Known as "The Green Meanie," the car was built in 1960, and it is well known from the I.S.C.A show circuit on the East Coast. Stan Betz's 1939 Bantam 1939 Bantam originally owned by Stan Betz. Stan purchased the Bantam in 1955. In 1962 he started to build it into a custom sprinter, installing a brand new 1962 Chevrolet 4 cylinder crate motor that he hopped up. Ron Maxwell's 1934 Ford Coupe 1934 Ford 5-Window Coupe originally owned and built by Ron Maxwell of Salt Lake City, Utah. Ron started the build in 1954. It ran under flathead and later Cadillac power, competing in B/Altered at strips around Utah.
