The 1953 chevrolet model-year production was 1,375,403 cars. Chevrolet sold in 1953 24,08 percent of all the new cars in America.
The Chevrolet came in three body styles: 1500, 2100 and 2400 also known as Bel Air.
The Chevrolet was powered by a 235 cid "Blueflame" overhead valve in-line six and offered 115 hp.
New body style changes: All 1953 Chevrolet's featured a new curved one-piece windshield. The marking lights was moved inside the grille.
