McVey's Cadillac/LaSalle is one of the companies offering reproduction Cadillac Sombrero Hubcaps. Their reproductions are chromed stainless steel, and they are made like the originals specifically to fit 1948-1952 Cadillac 15"wheels. A pair of vintage aftermarket Hollywood Wheel Discs Sombrero knock-offs from Hollywood Wheel Disc Shop. In the early 1950s several companies started producing and marketing inexpensive accessory knock-offs with modified Cadillac crests.
Leroy Semas' 1937 Chevrolet Coupe. Leroy was a member of the Thunderbolts car club. His coupe was restyled by Harry Westergard, and photos from 1949 shows it running Cadillac Sombrero hubcaps.
John Bozio's 1939 Buick Century Convertible featured Cadillac Sombrero hubcaps in 1951.
Fred Crellar's 1940 Chevrolet convertible of Concord, California. The build was started in 1948, and completed around 1951-1952. Ron bought the car in 1974 and restyled it further. Ron fir the car with Cadillac Sombreros.
Kevan Sledge's 1940 Mercury coupe of Martinez, California. Restyled by Kevan, the build was started in 2002 and completed in 2014. An early version of Kevan's Mercury featured 1947 Cadillac sombreros.
Don Holland's 1941 Ford convertible of Lakewood, California. Don's Ford was restyled by Gil's Auto Body Works sometime between 1948 and 1951. In 1951 it ran Cadillac Sombrero hubcaps.
Johnny Zaro's 1941 Ford Convertible was fit with Cadillac Sombreros around 1949.
Frank Layman's 1941 Lincoln Zephyr Convertible of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Restyled by Frank, the build was started in the late 1940s, and completed around 1950 - 1951. It ran Cadillac Sombrero hubcaps.
Glen Patrick's 1948 Chevrolet Stylemaster of Beavercreek, Ohio. Glen resyled the Chevrolet in 1985. Inspiration for the build came from the Barris Kustoms built High School Confidential 1948 Chevrolets. The first iteration of the car was dressed up with Cadillac Sombrero hubcaps.
Jack and Carolyn Kiely's 1950 Mercury Convertible of Rumson, New Jersey. Restyled by IDA Automotive, the build was completed in 2018, featuring Cadillac Sombrero hubcaps.

The Sombrero label has incorrectly been attached to later Cadillac hubcaps in magazine articles.[1]
