Garret Walther's 1940 Ford Coupe of Stockton, California. The coupe was Garret's first car. He bought it in 1955. Installed a huge 1952 Chrysler FirePower Hemi-engine, 5.50-15 tires up front, 8.20-15 tires in the back, and went racing.
Larry Ewing's 1940 Ford DeLuxe Coupe of Redwood City, California. The Ford was Larry's first car, and he bought it in 1957 when he was 15 years old. By 1959 he had fixed it up and given it a 1957 Pontiac Limefire Green paint job. He ran 5.60x15 tires up front, and 8.20x15 in the rear.
John Gates' 1915 Ford Model T Roadster of Grants Pass, Oregon. Marcus Edell bought the old hot rod in 2014 and installed Firestone 560-15 1 Inch Whitewall tires up front. A pair of 8.00-15 Towel City slicks found their way to the back. A perfect combination for this 1960s survivor. The Juxtapod is a Swedish show rod built by Mattias Andersson at LeBeef Kustom Metal Works for Johan Belin and Ludvig Löfgren. Built in a 1960s style, the car was dressed up with Firestone 560-15 2 3/4 Inch Whitewall tires up front and Firestone 710-15 3 1/4 Inch Whitewall Tires in the back. Wide whites for a 1960s styled car, but it works well and it gives the build a late 1950s show car vibe. Jim Russell's 1928 Ford Model A roadster of Salinas, California. Originally built in 1958, the car ran chromed vintage steel wheels with Firestone 560-15 1 Inch Whitewall tires up front when Marcus Edell owned it in 2019. The Firestone 560-15 2 3/4 Inch Whitewall tire is perfect up front on the restored version of Eddie Dye's 1929 Ford Model A Roadster. An old hot rod built by the Ayala Brothers at Gil's Auto Body Works in the early 1950s. The build was completed in 1951, and the car was later restored by Circle City Hot Rods for Tom Bobowski. The restoration was completed in 2018, and this iteration of the car received Firestone 560-15 2 3/4 Inch Whitewall tires up front, and Firestone 710-15 3 1/4 Inch Whitewall Tires in the rear. Larry Ewing's 1950 Oldsmobile 88 Coupe of Redwood City, California. Larry got the Olds in April of 1959. A typical late 1950s street racer, he gave it a 1959 Cadillac Kensington Green paint job, chromed and reversed the wheels, and installed big and little tires. Larry still owned the car in 2020.
