Dave Shuten
Dave Shuten of Northridge, California. Dave was born in a small town outside of Detroit, Michigan in 1972. In 2018 Dave told Sondre Kvipt of Kustomrama that his father was a mechanic at a Standard Oil station on Woodward Avenue. "Dad always had cool cars when I was a kid. I started with Hot Wheels, then model cars, before I went on to the real thing. My first car was a 1966 Chevrolet Impala SS."[1]

In 2020 Dave was working at Galpin Auto Sports, resurrecting automotive history.
Car Kings on Discovery
In 2020 Discovery launched a show about Galpin Auto Sports called Car Kings. Car Kings follows Dave and his colleagues at Galpin Auto Sports as they are rescuing and restoring famous and historical cars. The premier for the show was Monday, March 30, 2020.
