Ron Maxwell

Ron Maxwell's 1934 Ford 5-Window Coupe. The build was started in 1954, when Ron was 15 years old. The first iteration of the coupe was completed in 1955. Ron's coupe ran under flathead and later Cadillac power, competing in B/Altered at strips around Utah.

Ron Maxwell's 1932 Austin Bantam. Ron built the Austin Bantam in 1964, after he had sold his 1934 Ford coupe. It was later was featured in Hot Rod Magazine with Craig Breedlove’s “Spirit of America” on the Bonneville Salt Flats.

Ron Maxwell of Salt Lake City, Utah. Ron started building hot rods in 1954, when he bought his first car, a 1934 Ford 5-Window coupe. In 2018 Ron was still building hot rods, 64 years later.
