1951 Ford owned by Marius Kristiansen of Dal, Norway. Originally built in the United States, Kristiansen's Ford features a chopped top, airbags, and a shaved body, stripped of most of its chrome and ornamentation, giving it a sleek and streamlined appearance.[1]

Flame Paint Job

Kristiansen acquired the car in the summer of 2024 and soon approached Sondre Kvipt of Oslo, Norway to discuss a new paint job. Inspired by the late 1950s style of Larry Watson, Kvipt proposed a flame design for the vehicle. Kristiansen wanted to cover the body in flames, and Sondre agreed he could do it if it could be done in a traditional style. Over two days, Sondre meticulously masked out the flames using 300 meters of line tape, while Kristiansen and his friends filled in the remaining areas. The result was a light blue metallic flame paint job with silver fading, enhancing the car's custom look and paying homage to a classic era of automotive customization. Sondre masked and applied the flames in August of 2024.[1]
