1950 Ford Sedan owned and restyled by Gear Meshers Auto Club member Dave Hoytitya of Aitkin, Minnesota. 18 years old Dave sent a picture of his newly finished second custom to Custom Cars in 1958, requesting them to show it in their magazine. Dave nosed and decked the body to get it as sleek as possible. He frenched the taillights, filled the rear fender seams and moved the side trim back 8 inches. To get the right stance, it was lowered 4 inches in the rear. The exhaust was flowing through dual pipes. Dave finished his custom of in four coats of Colonial white.[1]
