Spencer Murray's 1946 Chevrolet
1946 Chevrolet Fastback restyled by Link Paola for Spencer Murray. Spence bought the car after returning from the U.S Navy. Spencer bought a set of full-length fadeaway fenders from Jimmy Summers personally that he had Paola install. Paola did also customize the car mildly. At the time Link restyled the car, he was working at a Chevy dealer. When the new 1949 Chevrolet was released, Spence sold the 1946 Chevrolet in order to buy a brand new 1949 Chevrolet Sedanette Deluxe. Unfortunately, all of Spencer's photos of the car were destroyed in floodwaters years ago.[1]
