Ron Smith's 1940 Ford
1940 Ford Coupe owned by Ron Smith of British Columbia, Canada. The rear end was protected by a Nerf bar, a set of British Vanguard taillights were installed behind it as well. The trunk was shaved, and operated by a solenoid. The slight forward rake was achieved by a dropped axle, reworked springs up front and a 4" shackles in the rear. The engine was equipped with dual carburetors, and all the parts that came off where chrome plated. The interior was done in black and white Naugahyde upholstery by Lee's Auto Upholstery.[1]
