Nick Pastor was a friend of Glen and Forey Wall, and when Glen returned from the Army around 1944-45, he went to work for Emil Dietrich as a lot boy. Pastor and Dietrich were partners. Nick was a pilot in the Air Force, so Emil ran the lot while Nick was away. Glenn worked for Emil for about eight years. "I used to polish cars with an electric buffer. Emil owned and ran the lot after the War. It was his lot, even though it said, Nick Pastor," Glen told Sondre Kvipt of Kustomrama in 2016. Glen believes Emil had more money than Nick.[1]
