Muroc Roadster Races April 19, 1931

April 19, 1931 an organized meet was held at Muroc. It was sponsored by Gilmore Oil Company. No recorde exist from the meet, but it is documented that Ike Trone won the Gilmore trophy for first place in the Main Event with his fenderless, stock-bodied 1929 Ford Model A Roadster with a Riley head.
