Jake Melson's 1954 Ford

1954 Ford F-100 restyled by Frosty Furtado's Custom Shop for Jake Melson of Modesto, California. The front end was restyled with canted quad headlights which were framed by handformed rings. The tube grille was custom made and were composed to bridge the gap between the headlights. The front bumper was removed and the front pan was rolled, the rear end received the same treatment. The taillights were small running lights tunneled in the rolled pan beneath the custom tailgate. The running boards were chrome and fit with side lakes pipes. Once the bodywork was done, it was painted Hawaiian Bronze lacquer and scalloped in Gold. Bunch Brothers of Modesto stitched a White and Gold Naugahyde interior in tuck & roll. A tarp covered the bed. The truck rolled on reversed and chromed wheels with small baldy hubcaps with centered bullets attached. Dual spotlights wrapped up the style.
