A Norwegian story on Erik's Studebaker.

1953 Studebaker owned and restyled by Erik Rødser of Oslo, Norway. Erik fit the Studebaker with Silver-hawk fins, Merceds quad headlights and a Ford Zephyr MK II grille that he turned upside down. A bigger and more powerful 331 Chrysler Hemi-engine was installed as well, and Erik had to cut a hole in the hood and install a scoop in order to make it fit. Air vent louvers from a wardrobe locker was used in the homemade scoop opening. Erik made his own intake-manifold for the engine that he fit with two four-port carburetors. A Chrysler transmission and rear end was also installed. Erik owned an old Swedish Nordic special racer called the No-Be Special, and after a while, he sold the No-Be Special and the Chrysler Hemi to Fred Larsen and Tore Magnusson. Fred and Tore installed the engine in the No-Be Special, and turned it into a Funny Car named "Hot Lemon".[1]
