Jack Pieknik's 1934 Ford Victoria was supposedly restyled by Downriver Modified member Ray Hosh in the 1950s, but so far no one has been able to prove Ray's existence. Jack Pieknik bought the car in 1971 and got it back on the road again.

Downriver Modified car club was formed in the late 1940s in the Downriver, Michigan area. Charter members included Lew Wolff, Marty Ribits and Ernie Szelesi.[1]
