Bill Hughes' Roadster of Denver, Colorado. Frank Kurtis built the car for Bill in 1939, and it was built around a Miller-Ford race car engine.
Robert McClure's Custom of Denver, Colorado. Built by Robert, the first version of the car was completed in 1947. It rode on a Buick chassis.
Dave Paul's 1955 Chevrolet Convertible of Steamboat Springs, Colorado. The car was built in Denver. Paul bought it in 1978.
Ronn Ives' 1950 Ford of Denver, Colorado. Ronn bought the car in 1965, when he was 14 years old. It was his ticket to finally owning a custom, and he paid $40 for it. This photo shows Ronn with the in-progress build in 1966.
Walter Leeman's 1953 Chevrolet Bel-Air of Delta, Colorado. Walt restyled the Bel-Air in the early 1980s, and it was completed in the later part of 1983. Walt sold the car to a guy from Denver.
