David Engemann's 1939 Ford Convertible of West Branch, Michigan. Known as "The Dream Catcher," the car was rescued from a junkyard in Escanaba, Michigan in 2023. The old custom traces its lineage to the influential designs of Harry Westergard, specifically recalling the iconic 1939 Ford Custom he built for Mel Falconer. Despite its illustrious connections, much of the car's past remains shrouded in mystery, from its original builder to its various transformations through the 1940s and 1950s.
