Located in Tampa, Florida, Creative Motion Concepts is a collaboration between Ted Kempgens and Tom Bambard. Ted and Tom are two lifelong automotive enthusiasts and racers whose many years as friends have resulted in numerous adventures and projects together. Projects as varied as building racecars, restoring classic cars, creating special stunt vehicles, and supplying cars for the film industry just to name a few. CMC was started with two straightforward goals; Deliver the highest level of satisfaction to our customers regardless of the project, and keep it within the customer’s budget.
