1934 Ford built by Blast From the Past Street Rods of Pottstown, Pennsylvania for Chip Hoynitski. Known as the "69er II", Chips Ford is a recreation of Don Vargo's 1934 Ford, the 69er, that the Alexander Brothers of Detroit built in the early 1960s. The original 69er made its debut at the 1962 Detroit Autorama. Chip's recreation made its debut 50 year later at the 2012 Detroit Autorama. The build took 2 years to complete, and the re-creation was built as a tribute to Chip's father Stan Hoynitski, the original owner Don Vargo and the original builders the Alexander Brothers.[1]
