The 2009 Bonneville Speed Week was a prestigious motorsports event that took place at the Bonneville Salt Flats in Utah, United States. The event, which is held annually, draws racers and automobile enthusiasts from around the world to showcase their custom-built vehicles and attempt to set land-speed records on the unique, vast expanse of salt flats.


Event Details

The 2009 Bonneville Speed Week was organized by the Southern California Timing Association and was held from August 8th to August 14th, 2009. Participants arrived with a diverse array of vehicles, ranging from streamlined motorcycles to custom-built land-speed cars, all in pursuit of pushing the boundaries of speed and engineering.
