Bell Timing Association
Bell Timing Association was founded in 1948. The Association was a charter member of and was solidly behind the American Hot Rod Conference. In 1951 the association had no restrictions as to what type of car could run at their meets, provided it met their safety requirements. Ralph "Rip" Carter was president and representative to the association.[1]
