Anders "Acke" Nordström belonged to the early Hot rod and Custom gangs in southern Stockholm, Sweden, in the 1960s period.

Together with Bosse 'Gamen' Sandberg and Jonas Qvarnström, he arranged the first Hot Rod Show in Marmorhallarna 1965.

Acke was a good free-hand designer and painter and did some nice work on his friends cars.

-"He worked as a designer at a shoe store at Hötorget, Stockholm city. There, he decorated a pair of Rader wheels for the shopwindow. It was amazing to see some Hot Rod things in town at this time, so when the Hot Rod Show opened it was fantastic!"[1]

We are not aware of any car built or owned by "Acke", please send us a note if you know more! /Thanks!
