Vince Kane Body Shop was the second owner of the 1952 Spohn Palos, buying it from whoever brought it back from Germany around 1953 - 1954.
Jim Laughead's 1951 Chevrolet Bel-Air of Chicago, Illinois. Vince restyled Jim's Chevrolet sometime between 1955 and 1957.

Vince Kane Body Shop was a body shop in Chicago, Illinois run by Vince Kane. Vince opened up his first shop at 5400 S. Pulaski street in 1952. Over time, it became a more general auto repair shop, and Vince built a larger shop at 69000 S. Pulaski. When his health was failing he sold that building to Lawrence Gasiakowski.[1]
