Vern Gillingsprud's 1949 Chevrolet
1949 Chevrolet kustom owned by Vern Gillingsprud. Vern started by putting a 1950 Chevrolet grille on the car. He then had Jerry Jarret weld Cadillac fins to the car. Right fender fin also holds a switch that cuts the power to electric doors, deck, and hood circuit. Vern also added dual spotlights and Cadillac Sombreros to the car. Once completed, Carson Top Shop installed a padded top on the car.[1]
