Tom Brewer's Ford Model A
Ford Model A Pickup restyled by Joe Crisafulli for Tom Brewer. Joe restyled the car in 1976. Tom wanted the car red with a flame paint job, and Joe hand applied real gold leaf flames as used on picture frames. The truck was painted it in Joe's chicken coop. At the time he was living in Almaden, California, an old quicksilver mining town. The three rom house he was living in was an old miners cabin that had a large chicken coop in the backyard. There were no chickens in the booth at the time, and it was cleaned up when the truck was painted.[1]
