George Ashie
George Ashie was also known as "The Crazy Arab". George ran and operated Competition Body Shop in Hollywood, California. In 1955 Von Dutch went to work for the Arab. In the late 1950s George died of cancer, and Dick Betts and Don Miller took over the shop and moved it to the valley.[1]
