Sven Blüme's 1954 Plymouth
1954 Plymouth convertible owned and restyled by Sveb Blüme of Lidingö in Stockholm, Sweden. In 2019 Mikael de Bourg Wetterlund told Sondre Kvipt of Kustomrama that Sven lived in the building next to him in Lidingö; "He built the Plymouth in 1965, and if memory serves me right he put a DeSoto Hemi in it and painted in Green Metalflake from the beginning." Modifications included canted quad headlights, a tube grille, and rolled front and rear pans. Mikael remembered well when he first saw the car in 1965, "He had just installed the engine and was sorting it out. The car was without doors, open lakes pipes and Sven sat on a crate, driving it around the block. You can imagine how impressed I was of the sound from the engine without mufflers!"[1]
