Steinar Næss of Oslo, Norway. In 1973 Steinar and his cousin Jan-Odd Jakobsen formed the club ACSN. At the time Steinar drove a customized Ford Econoline van. Shortly after forming the club, Steinar moved to the United States. His brother Runar Næss took over the van and formed Nor-Way Van Club.
