1951 Mercury owned and restyled by Roy Hewitt of Cadillac, Michigan. The work was done back in 1956-1957, and it featured bubble skirts that were handmade by Roy. In 2019 Phil Johnson told Sondre Kvipt of Kustomrama that Roy built the skirts copying what he had seen in pictures, "and did a great job." Roy eventually sold the car to Bob LaChonce.[1]
