Ron Samuels' 1970 Mercury
1970 Mercury Cougar CR7 owned by movie producer Ron Samuels. Ron bought the car brand new in 1970, and he commisioned Joe Bailon at Bailon Custom Shop to restyle the car for him. Modifications included a chopped top.[1]
Restoration
