1940 Mercury coupe owned by Peter Vossen of Antwerp, Belgium. Peter bought the in-progress custom from Rob Agent in Canada. It was Rob that started the build, and chopped the top on the car. Peter plans to complete the build as a tribute to the Andril and Zaro Mercury's.[1]
