Max Ballesteros' 1961 Ford
1961 Ford Thunderbird owned by Max Ballesteros of Okaland, California. Max bought it from San Jose, California, and he is the third owner of the car. Somebody had already started customizing the car when Max bought it, and it came with a 1960 Ford Starliner roof. "The guy I bought it from had owned it for 10 years, and he had no info on who did the roof swap," Max told Sondre Kvipt of Kustomrama in 2020, assuming that the work was done sometime before 2000. "My plan is to pay tribute to the Alexander Bros and Starbird on this one." Matt Taylor of Taylor Made Kustoms in Concord will be assisting Max with the build.[1]
