From left to right in the photo is Julio, Rene and Fernando Ruelas. in this photo Fernando has just fixed the fender on the car as the wheel came off while cruising down the street. Fernando was the mechanic and body guy of the brothers. His brothers would help him, but Fernande did the majority of the work himself. 1937 Chevrolet owned by Duke's member Julio Ruelas of East Los Angeles, California. Julio's brother Fernando Ruelas onverted the front suspension on Julio's Chevrolet to coils.[1]
