John W Roark's 1963 Chevrolet
1963 Chevrolet Corvette owned by John W Roark of Cincinnati, Ohio. John found the old Corvette custom in St. Joseph, Missouri. In 2013 he told Kustomrama that the guy he got it from thought that it came from Ray Farhner's shop; "I have had it for 5 years. I am going to start the restoration this winter. I have found where I believe it was painted blue under the rust. If anyone could point me to any pictures, information on who may have built this years ago, or any articles in any magazine related to this car would be helpful. I am looking to put it back as close to original as possible. It is all metal, and everything from the firewall back is based on a 1963 Split Window."[1]
