Fred's first car was a 1937 Ford Tudor that he had when he was 14 years old. "My first hot rod was a 1940 Ford Tudor with a hot Flathead when I was in high school," Fred told Sondre Kvipt of Kustomrama in 2019. He was 78 years old in 2019, living in Saint Regis, Montana, having a handful of hot rods in his garage.
