Fred Larsen of Oslo, Norway was one of the first drag-racers of Norway. Fred had many nice daily drivers as well, such as two Ford Mustang Super Cobra Jet's that he also used a little on the strip. Fred quit dragracing in the late 1970s, when it got too serious, and he no longer could barbecue between the heats. In addition to being one of the first dragracers, Fred was the first with a Top-Fuel car in Norway, and the first with a rear engined Top Fueler some years later.[1]

Fred eventually left Norway, and moved to Florida.
