Francie Luehm
Francie Luehm was a member of the California Roadster Club. According to SCTA News December 1944, Francie's roadster would not be ready for another six weeks, as wrongfully stated in the previous issue, as Francie just had bought two cycles that he was busy hopping up.[1]
