Ellis Taylor's 1939 Mercury

1939 Mercury built by Ellis Taylor of Santa Monica, California in 1940. The car was Nosed and Decked, and featured a recessed rear license plate. The windshield frame was chopped, and the car was fit with a Carson Top. Ellis' car was painted black.
