Bruce Heather
Bruce Heather is a custom car historian and collector from Seattle, Washington. He was one of the first people in the United States to systematically document and collect materials related to custom car history, focusing primarily on California customs.[1]
Ray Soff connected with Heather around 1998, making him the first person Ray found doing similar documentation work. The two exchanged pictures back and forth by mail for years.[1]
