Ann Arbor Timing Association
The Ann Arbor Timing Association was started by a bunch of high-school kids studying at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan. According to founding member Dave Jenkins, the guys had a lot of fun, and they were treated like a bunch of rebels in Ann Arbor.[1]
