2010 Super Convention
The 2010 Super Convention comes back to Las Vegas, at the Circus Circus Hotel from February 18th to the 21st, 2010. With family super values on all events, tickets are almost selling out. Events for convention include Boneshaker Bingo, Liberty Bus VW Drag Bus Uno, The Vman Experience, The RAOK Party, The Greenlight VIP Party, Downhill Racing, and the classic custom die cast contest. There will be in-room trading for all fun-filled four days of the convention. The always popular Charity Auction comes back with proceeds going to the UCLA Mattel Children's Hospital.
Free events include the Liberty Promotions Party and The RLC Party, sponsored by Mattel. Check out what's happening with future diecast releases at the Greenlight Toys Experience and the M2 Machines Experience.
Hot Wheels brings its infamous Vending Machine for all four days of fun.
Meet legendary greats such as Tom "The Mongoose" McEwen, Chip Foose, Customizer John D'Agostino, Fireball Tim Lawrence, Hot Wheels Designers from the past and present such as Robert Rosas, Ira Gilford, Dwayne Vance, and Phil Reihlman. Diecast Customizers Brian Pope, Vince "Vman" Mosley, Jay Holt from Execution Kustoms, Jimmy "Boxman" Chavez, and MiQ Willmot will be available for autographs as well. Erin Moran from 'Happy Days" and "Joanie Loves Chiachi" fame will be on hand to sign autographs.
Lil' Daddy Daryl Roth brings the Mysterion for public display since it was found in Mexico and restored back to its glory days.
The convention rounds off on Sunday with the Sunday Toy Show. A limited amount of tables are still available for the collector that wants to sell off their extra cars or anyone that wants to clean out their garage for a little diecast yard sale. Time is running out and this is the must attend convention for the new 2010 year. Bring your family or bring yourself. This will be the most fun you will ever have, and you won't even make out it to the casino gambling floors.
