The 2nd annual Viva Las Vegas Rockabilly Weekend was held in 1999. Hosted by Shifters of So. Cal., there were about 120 hot rods and customs attending the car show. The show was held on the roof of a one story parking lot. Bubrank Choppers member Jon Fisher won the "Best Custom" award at the show with his 1936 Ford.
