The Hot Rod, Custom Car and Sport Car Show 1951

January 6-7, 1951 the 2nd annual The Hot Rod, Custom Car and Sport Car Show was held at Convention Hall on Woodward Avenue. The show was produced by Andy Hotton of Hotton and Sullivan Engineering. About 25,000 people attended the show, making it the biggest show of this type in the Midwest. It drew cars from around the country.[1]
