1960 Ford Thunderbird owned by Tommy O'Connor of Concord, California.

Customized in the 1970s

Tommy's Thunderbird was originally restyled by an unknown builder in the 1970s. Harold Shoots of Torrance, California bought the car in the early 2000s. He completed the build and had Starlite Rod and Kustom install an Accuair air ride system. Harold also installed a diamond-stitched custom upholstery in the car.[1]

Toadbird

Harold sold the car to Tommy O'Connor. Being a fan of Larry Watson and his paint jobs, Tommy had Kyle Martin of Martin Kolor & Style give the car a panel paint job in 2015. Tommy and Kyle sanded, masked and painted the car in Tommy's garage. With the help of Kyle's girlfriend Trisha Turner, they laid down a sweet Coco Pearl suede on the car. Once completed, Tommy's Thunderbird was named the Toadbird. After completing the makeover, Tommy sold the car to Ryan Arbulich.[1]
