1951 Mercury owned by Illinois Valley Mis-Fires member Ron Volpes of La Salle, Illinois. The car was dechromed, the hood was peaked and its corners were rounded. The parking lights were removed and a 1954 DeSoto grille bar was installed in the molded grille shell. The rear fenders were modified to accept the 1954 Packard taillights.
