1956 Chevrolet owned by Duke's car club members Oscar and Ernie Ruelas Sr. of East Los Angeles, California. Oscar and Ernie purchased the car together and had Joe Andersen of Joe Andersen's Custom Shop paint it. When Oscar was drafted into the army in the mid 1960s, Ernie took full possession of the car. When Oscar returned from his tour of duty, Ernie traded Oscar's part of the '56 for a 1939 Chevrolet four door master deluxe.[1]
