They are still out there! It is not easy to spot, but this photo shows the contours of the car as it sat when our reader came across it. Photo courtesy of Kustomrama.

In February of 2021 we received an email from one of our readers that for now wants to remain anonymous. Earlier this year he came across the remains of the long lost Barris Kustoms Kopper Kart in a junkyard in New Jersey. Buried under junk, the car had been hidden in the yard for five decades when he finally came across it. "I have been trying to hunt down The Kopper Kart since the mid-1970s," he told Sondre Kvipt of Kustomrama in March of 2021. "And to be honest, I had given up on it many years ago," he added. The previous owner, who placed the car in the yard, had passed away but after negotiating with his family, our contact was able to purchase the truck and get it out last week. An incredible find! We are currently awaiting more photos of the amazing found, so stay tuned for more, and remember to check back regularly.

Update 04.02.2021: This was our 2021 April Fools Joke. We hope it brought you some excitement and smiles, and that we didn't disappoint you too much. The Kopper Kart is still out there, so if you have any leads about its whereabouts, please get in touch with Kustomrama at mail@kustomrama.com.
