Historic Hot Rods and Customs for Sale

For Sale: Frank De Rosa's 1951 Mercury - Mercury 4 1951 Mercury owned and restyled by Frank De Rosa at De Rosa Custom Body and Fender. The build was started in 1978, and it was Frank's first custom in 25 years. In March of 2020, the car was advertised for sale on eBay. Listed without a reserve, the car was located in Reno, Nevada. For Sale: James Elmer Koski's 1955 Ford F100 Truck Mild custom truck, originally built and raced in Hayward, California in the early 1960s. It has been kept inside for the past 50 years or so, and it has not been driven since the Vietnam War started. Sold: Dave Jenkins' 1957 Chevrolet Bel-Air Historic one-owner Alexander Brothers custom. September 19th, 2019 the Dave Jenkins Chevrolet will hit the auctions block. For Sale: Bob Huffman's 1965 Chevrolet Impala 1965 Chevrolet Impala owned and restyled by Bob Huffman of Norwalk, California. Bob bought the Impala brand new from Paramount Chevrolet in Downey, California in September of 1964. He paid $3100.00 for the car, took it home and started restyling it almost immediately.

Featured Hot Rods and Customs for Sale

For Sale: Joe Wilhelm's Wild Dream Wild Dream is a show rod designed and built by Joe Wilhelm at Wilhelm's Custom Shop for John Hernandez. Built over a three year period, the wild rod featured a futuristic hand-formed aluminum body that was covered with 20 coats of purple metalflake paint. For Sale: Roy Abendroth's 1955 Buick Century - The BuSonic Known as the "BuSonic," Roy Abendroth's 1955 Buick was restyled by John Schott over a three year period. Completed in 1963, the list of modidications included canted quad headlights, hydraulic lifts and a sparkling Copper Metalflake paint job by Larry Watson. For Sale: Frank De Rosa's 1966 Buick Riviera "The Golden Piranha" Frank De Rosa has been cutting up and customizing cars since 1943. In 1949 he opened up De Rosa Custom Body and Fender in Pittsburg, California, a shop that still is in business, operated by the De Rosa family. Frank has now turned 91 years old, and he has decided to sell off one of his old builds. For Sale: John North's 1957 Ford "White Pearl" 1957 Ford restyled by Riverside Auto Body for Choppers of Rockville President John North of Rockville, Connecticut. The car is also known as the "White Pearl". John purchased the Ford brand new in 1957, and it was immediately sent off for a restyling.
