1953 Chevrolet Bel-Air owned and restyled by Walter Leeman of Paonia, Colorado. Walt had no garage at the time, so 90% of the build was done outside. Walt completed the build in 1983. later on he traded the Chevrolet to a guy in Denver, Colorado for a 1940 Ford coupe that he redid.
